Details

Almost three years of research, development and testing have gone into these game-changing polesaws. The goal was no small order: make the best cutting, lightest and stiffest polesaw in the world. The goal we set for ourselves has been met. Compared to the Hayauchi polesaw of the same length, the 21 ft SHERRILLtree Stealth 21.3 Green Polesaw is 30% stiffer and 20% lighter!

The real challenge was the pole itself, but the end result is something that’s going to rock the tree care industry. We partnered with a European pole company to develop a new proprietary hybrid pole that combines carbon fiber with fiberglass. The extra rigidity in the poles, and easily managed light weight, gives the user a level of precision cutting they’ve never experienced with a polesaw.

As most polesaw users can tell you, a polesaw is really only as good as its locks. Having the lightest, most rigid polesaw in the world would be pointless if we didn’t outfit it with high compression, no-slip locks. Each lock secures the pole in place with a contoured compression lever. There are no preset spring stoppers, which means you have infinite height adjustability.

The last piece of the puzzle is the blade, but fortunately, choosing the blades was the easy part. Silky blades are internationally renowned as the best saw blades you can get, so the decision to use Silky blades on our polesaws was a definite YES.

The SHERRILLtree Stealth Series Telescoping Polesaws are the pinnacle of pruning tools, and we are quite proud to bring such an advancement to our customers.

Needs a coupler Review by Adam

Awesome pole saw. Definitely worth the money. Only change I'd make is to add an aluminum coupler to the end of the pole. With the saw head attached, it's too long to fit in most trucks & I worry that taking it off/on every day is gonna shred the carbon fiber pretty quickly (Posted on 4/4/2017)

This saw has quickly earned a permanent spot in the truck. It is light and easy to handle and does everything they said it would do very well. The only thing to watch is the thumb screws that hold the head on branches tend to loosen them up if not checked regularly. (Posted on 2/18/2017)

As with all products that I bought from Sherrill Tree, it is an exceptional addition to our arsenal. At the moment it is looking like the purchase of the year for us. (Posted on 12/25/2016)

Lighter than my other long pole saws of equal length. I wasn't sure about the locks at first, (was told to tighten the screw a bit)...Yes the locks can be adjusted...unlike many others, you can lock it down at any desired length. After I tightened it i had to declare it as my New favorite long saw. (Posted on 10/23/2016)

Tremendous product. I work for tree company we do a lot of pruning trees. At job we use Jamison poles with standard sherrilltree 13 blades which work very well but when have 3 or 4 poles together gets pretty wobbly takes a little talent to monuver around. This system is best I have ever seen the stiffness is amazing and locks hold perfect well worth the money and Silky blade ...well is a Silky blade best can buy. 20ft cutting 6 and 7inch branches of oak no problem. Know if could just get all the guys on tree crew to quit running things over and breaking everything boss might get crew a few. For my personal and side work it brings smile to face while using . O forgot I bought this cause replacing my Stihl PP800 that bent while using fully extended . This is much better than PP800. (Posted on 10/9/2016)
Expensive but overall- worth it Review by Chad from Sewanee

I've had this saw for about 3 weeks and I'm impressed with the performance. The light weight makes it quick to move from branch to branch and the Silky blade absolutely eats the wood. I wish it had some kind of foam on the last section, as I found with sweaty hands that my hands could slip sometimes, but overall, an excellent saw that's already almost paid for it'self. Used the saw for the first time today and was impressed by the light weight and stiffness of the pole. The infinite adjustment is a definite plus versus having to add and delete individual pole sections. Had some second thoughts about spending this much for a pole saw but no regrets after the first usage. (Posted on 7/5/2016)
