These rope bags seem well constructed and hopefully are built to last. Like the ability to put your business card in the slot provided to help with marking your gear. (Posted on 6/6/2016)

Works so what's to complain about. It's a bag. Rope goes in it. A more expensive bag does what? I've bought 2 and will buy more if needed. (Posted on 5/29/2016)

For the $$ this is a pretty good buy, does its job, won't complain. It's simple. No frills. The draw string in the top will get tangled in your line if your not careful to roll the skirt out of the way before you climb. If I was on a budget, I'd buy it. If you can afford the better bag, get that instead. Either way, put your climbing line in a bag. STOP looping it into a hank for crying out loud. (Posted on 2/20/2015)

Yada... Yada... Yada... For the money, best darn rope bag you can buy. I have it stuffed with 320' of climbing lines and there is still room in there for the hitch gear. Came shipped all crumpled up though, took a few days of throwing it around with the rope in it to shape it up. For the money... (Posted on 11/13/2014)

The bag is great for a storage bag. The loops on the outside are probably not as strong as expected, but overall a great value for the money. (Posted on 7/28/2014)

One joy of working in tree care is that you get to play with lots of cool, uber-quality tools, toys, and gadgetry. This rope bag is one of those little things that just radiates a level of quality that just makes you feel good about your work. I've had one for about five years and just got another one for a new rope . The five year old one is still going strong! The built-in structure of the bag, which keeps it held open and standing upright is definitely handy. Normally feeding a rope into a bag is just tedious, boring work but it goes pretty quick with this bag because of that feature. That's an obvious production booster. It's the little things that add up to make a big difference. Why isn't there a there a throw line pouch that does the same thing? Get on that, Sherrill! I work out of a pickup truck with a camper shell. I keep a 6 ft pole with a hook on the end in the back of the truck at all times to use as a "gettin' stick," to grab gear out of the bed so my 6'5' , 250 lb self doesn't have to climb back there 100 times a day. My rope bags always get tossed up to the front of the bed and so I fish them out with the pole when I need them. The side loops on this bag always make it particularly easy to hook onto, regardless of how it's sitting in the truck. I dig that. One other nice design feature is that it's black in all the areas that receive excessive wear, scuffing (Posted on 3/7/2014)

The rope boss value bag is made out of tough materials, but I was disappointed somewhat in it because it does not remain nicely rounded when empty, making it a hassle sometimes to quickly store rope in it. Rope bags with internal coils in them are more expensive, but they are worth the money because of the ease in placing ropes into them. (Posted on 8/30/2013)

Thirty years climbing without this bag, not sure how I did it. Everything about it is positive. One for every rope I use(5presently) awesome organization and keeps them dry somewhat. The time wasted coiling lines alone is well worth the cost, great additions. (Posted on 8/24/2013)

Looked at a couple of other bags, but pulled the trigger on this one. Glad I did. Well built, good materials, but still light, and the added pockets are nice. Only thing I wish it had was a shoulder strap. Gonna buy a couple more. (Posted on 8/23/2013)

This is the absolute best bag for the money on the market! PERIOD. I own several other bags which cost more $ and aren't as useful. Don't bother ordering just one, order at least 4 ( I think I have 8 now ) as you can find other uses for these gems. I have 2 climbing lines and a small tag in one bag. Sherrill hit a home run with this one. Perhaps Sherrill should a Deluxe Bag/Value Bag promotional Sale? (Posted on 3/29/2012)
