Poor quality. Only lasted a month before the poles started tearing thru the corners. Now it has trouble staying open and most of the poles have poked thru.

The frame under the canvas is strong. Opens and closes nicely. Priced right as well in key opinion.

The bag itself is useful, I love the ease of use for storage! The wires poke through and rip the edges, a strip of tape has prolonged the life of our last one.
Overall I think its a good product, but could be better with a small design improvement! (Posted on 1/31/2017)

This cube is good expect for the Rods always poke through the corners. Even cheaper ones have a piece of rubber on the end the help them from breaking through the corners. Besides that it's good. (Posted on 7/15/2016)

Like many other reviewers, I will say that you should spend a bit more money and purchase the Falteimer Folding Cube. I bought both the sherrill branded cube as well as the Falteimer and the latter is holding up as new (2 years later). The sherrill branded cube has been used less frequently and is in a laughable state of disrepair. Fiberglass poles have all poked through and the slightest breeze will collapse the cube when trying to use it. This item is not worth the frustration 6 months into use.**EDITED** (Posted on 9/9/2015)

This cube does not fold well (compared to others I have). It needs some re-engeering -- like shorter vertical poles. (Posted on 3/27/2015)

My tree surgeon brought his bag here for me to recreate.I am making a similar bag for his use he has two from you and I agree the corners blow out. , and tear away the edges. This seems to happen within a few months of everyday use. I am going to reinforce the corners with a piece of leather.should hold the fiberglass rods in and keep it from tearing.Leather works on the horse blankets in reinforcing the Blankets that I clean and repair. It should work on this!! www.horseblanketcleaning.net. (Posted on 2/25/2015)
Leaky Pole Retainers in Corners Detract from Best Product on Market Review by Jules Bartow

Sharp edged fiberglass poles poking through corners is an endemic fundamental design flaw to an otherwise ingeniously essential part of every serious professional climbing arborist's gear. Unfortunately, until I read about an improvement I'm sticking with a $5.99 Fold-n-go shopping bag. (Posted on 5/25/2014)
weak corners Review by Paul

It's a great concept and works very well for the most part. However, I've only had mine for a year, of very careful use and storage, and already two of the plastic rods are poking through the corners. I still have an old cheap cube from at least 6 years ago that is in perfect shape under the same or even less care. I'm disappointed the materials aren't stronger to last the test of time given the price of this product. Note from SherrillTree: Thank you for your honest review.
