Hello, I am new to the industry and am practicing my climbing. I ordered this after getting tired of the blakes hitch. This seems fine but I think I will want a micro pulley with 3 holes so that I can have a different set up.

SHERRILLtree Response: Let us know how the 3 hole micro pulley works out. Your T-shirt was sent on 9/23/2016. Thanks! (Posted on 9/21/2016)

My gear bag got gone ( Stolen, lost, left, whatever !) so I had to replace my lanyards and this product works well for me so I bought 2 more, one for my wire core flipline, one for my Arbormaster non-wire safety line. I'm using the Michocan friction hitch tied with 5 upper loops but it'll stretch and break in nicely. DMM Micro and Ocean Prusik, are great product. Ordered on one day and received next day. Great service. (Posted on 5/15/2012)

Well it looked interesting, you know, so I bought it. It did not come with any instuctions on which friction hitch to used so I called Sherrill and asked. They recommended the Machoacan which took me a little while to master ( picture pg 23, 2012 Catalog ). I used a rock exotica PIRATE carabiner on my MAGIC ROPE lanyard with a twisted clevis ( real name is an Anchor screw pin shackle ) This setup is a little harder to assemble than a mirco pully and dog snap but it tightens everything up and doesn't rattle and clank as much. It work smoothly and felt secure. The DMM PULLEY is one of the best micros out there. Reasonably priced if you add up the individual componants. Works best with a swival lanyard. (Posted on 4/11/2012)
