Velocity is a new 11 mm (7/16" dia.) premium, lightweight arborist climbing line.  Offering tree care professionals quick and easy access to tree tops, Samson's Velocity rope also uses their "Sure Grip" technology, giving the line a fully broke-in feel right out of the bag Velocity is a very flexible 24-strand rope that is spliced using the regular double braid splice.  6,000 lbs tensile strength.
